COVID-19 (UPDATE)
Dear Customers,
In response to the growing concern over COVID-19 (Coronavirus) I wanted to reach out to provide an update on what we’re doing at Protech to keep our team healthy and keep you fully supported.
Our employees health and safety is a top priority for us, and to help reduce the risk of contracting or spreading the virus we’ve started a work-from-home policy. Fortunately, our company was fully prepared for remote work, and the transition has been seamless.
We are also restricting some work-related travel. We regret the missed opportunity to connect with more clients in person, but we’re already hard at work connecting remotely to support our clients.
Most importantly, we do not anticipate any interruption to services or negative impact on customer support. The quality and level of support you have grown accustomed to at Protech will continue, without interruption.
